IP Dect Hand Set registration problem

We use the DAP server 6.0 (117) for the registering IP Dect hand sets. After install DAP Server the registering is correct for some weeks, the subtitle will change from "Registering"

to "Accept" after some second on the registered hand set. After some weeks we experience the hand set comes to frozen state with the next subtitle on his screen: „Registering”, and

doesn't come to "Accept" state. I restarted DAP Server and the operation system of DAP server, but the issue will resolved only with the reinstall of the DAP server.
My questions are the next:
1. Have you similar experience with install new hand sets?
2. Can I use Windows 2008 R2 SP1 for the DAP Server? (The documentation write 2008 R2 SP2 but the SP1 is the newest 2008 R2 version.)
3. I installed the DAP server on the VMware. Maybe this is the problem? Use I a physical server for the DAP or the is good VMware?
