DTMF Digits reception problem in Automated attendant.

I already did , I found the problem , the DTMF was not sent , just I configured the AA to send DTMf , The DTMF is working fine ,

hi, some times in the AA, the system identifies the voice as a dialing digit (frequency DTMF) and dials that digit. if you listern to the guid you will notice a small tone noise while the AA is playing. i had may sites facing that issue. the ready is...
01- lower the recorded AA guide volume. can use cool edit and remake your MSK file.
02- use another persons voice.

these two methods works fine for me always. just in case you have the same issue.
