Posting a problem

Hi folks

I would propose to posters when describing a problem or a tip to print FULL SW version of concerned product.
As my experience with Alcatel products shows, a behaviour of the system/command can differ a lot between different releases and patches.

E.g., in case of PABX itself - like R5.0Ux-d2.314-7-f-xx-c3s2
In case of applications. like 4760 - R2.1.13.01.b

Again, if you think we should add new forums or stuff like that, just ask in the MAIN forum.
Ok, gotta go on site now: the people who first installed this M3 used the wrong gage size for the electrical cable between the Rectifier and the PBX, which result in a lost of power and then CPU shutdown... This suck !
