Dear Enterprise-Fans,
I have a problem with an OXE R8.0.1:
The partition /var/log has run out of space cause the file "iplhourlystat.stat" has grown up to a size about 11GB.
Question:
1. What does this file exactly do? Can I delete it without any problems?
2. Why is this file grown up to such a huge size?
Thank you for your answers!!!!
Best regards
OXO-Man

Due to missing logrotate mechanisms.

If /var does not have space, the system might crash, so yes..
Code Free Or Die

the most save way is to write a logrotate configuration file for this iplink files. they are all in directory /etc/logrotate.d/
you can also use a config file from a newer oxe release.
