Play alternate MoH for some Pilots

Post by Gaander »

Hi folks,

I hope this is the right board for my Question.
Now, I don't have any special training for the 4400, nor do I know most of the terminologies used in this forum, so pleas bear with me

Alright.
So, until now have had just one external MoH player connected to a Z-Board - respectively configured as an external voice guide, numbered 183- playing our system wide MoH.

Now, I had to add a second Player - also connected to a Z and configured as ext. VG, numbered 180 - playing a different music, that must be used for a selected few pilots from our callcenter. And here comes the crux.

I can test and hear the new MoH fine, when dialing the tone-test function and I did set the new tone number in the active pilot rule guides for all the said pilots. Now when I call any of these pilotes from extern, I still hear the first MoH!
What did I miss? Doesn't the pilot rule guide control which MoH is played?

Hope someone can help me.
If you need more specific Information on our system/setup, please just ask :o
