4039 Add-on module Freezing

Hi All

Has anyone come across this problem,

4039 add-on module (40 Key) freezing and it becomes impossible to dial out as there are Sp-Acc keys programmed on the Add-on
software R4.1 46.01,

Any suggestions welcomed

Replace ADD-ON.

Add-On has been replaced a number of times but problem keeps occuring software was upgraded to 4.1 49.01 still not fixed and the 4039 has also been replaced

Try to programm some Sp-ACC keys on the set instead of on add-on module. May be you have reached maximum limit for add-on modules per cabinet: 10 - for small, 40 - for medium, 60 - for large. One time works one module, other time - another one. Latest software - R410/051.001.

Hi All

I have replaced the 4039 with an 4035 and 40 key add-on, 2weeks later same issue handset freezes up so I instaled a UAi 4 on the system and ran the switchboard only on that card, 2 weeks later same issue I am now going to change the CPU will keep you posted
