You can strike cntl D-S on bootup to enter offline backup/restore mode and manage ip details (incase you don't have the voicemail password or manage network via option 22), place the VPU5/6 on network with the OXE and then perform the backup from the OXE via ftp to vm using mtcl/mtcl then bin command and then get sbr.sbz to extract the file. Talk to your business partner for assistance otherwise.
