unanswered call on transfered incomming T2 call

hi evrybody
i have some oxe with different release from 7 to 11. in all of them when i call from public T2 trunk group (DID is set) and the user transfer me to other user (all of phone is series 8/9) the phone does not show on unanswerd call and the message led is off. (fo example i call user a with T2 TG and he/she transfer to B and he/she does not answer the call. the call is not show in user B phone)
i test whit qsig and other ipphone brand and there is no problem .even if the call route to destination with 4645 AA the same problem occours. the problem is only in ipphone series 8/9.
in addition if the call route from NDDI TG , there is no problem
is anyone has the same problem or has solution for this issu?

You should check user .
if you delete the user still does not work you should redefine


ISDN User

External + True
Internal + True
Display ext. calling number + True

from phone feature cos should open
Calling name display (CNIP/I-CNAM) : 1
shelf->Descend hierarchy->Descend hierarchy->External Signaling Parameters->Review/Modify->Calling Name Presentation+tru
And TG type should be ABC-F or QSIG

call name display during ringing and transfer. these options is active. but unanswerd call was empty.
for qsig i have no problem. even when a call came from TG T2 and transfer to gsig (the remote pbx is not alcatel) the miss call was show in their phone

User A (external) call user B (internal), user B ANSWER, make transfer to user C (transfer on no answer?).
You want to have unanswered call on C? What number - A (call from user A answered), B?

Transfer on no answer? yes it is activated on phone COS.
You want to have unanswered call on C? yes , I want have missed call on user C and also message LED light state on.
What number : Missed call on user C that it is containing User A caller ID .
for further information imagine an external caller calls to user B DID number and he/she answers the call now he/she wants to transfer to user C and user c dose not answer the call ,in this case my customer dose not have any Caller ID of external caller and LED dose not ON.
I configured " ISDN service " in user but it dose not work yet.(it is necessary to mention it works on CO trunks and the problem exist on E1 link).

I would appreciate it if you help me to get rid off my customer nagging. :-)

Not sure - that your idea can be implemented in OXE.
External user A make a call to internal user B. Call from user A was ANSWERED by user B.
During transfer (when user B call user C) maybe can be recorded unanswered call from user B (if in your system stored internal unanswered calls).

internal and external unanswered call in direct call was stored. even when user A call user B from public analog link and transfer to user C (internal user) unanswered called was shown and message LED was blinking (according to configure) but if this call came from digital link (pra e1) even not shown in event and call log ( in release 11.01 and 11.1)
