CCA and Change password using the phone set

Hi. I will like to know if there is a way that the agent can change their password. Once I tried using the phone set and the password modification prefix but it seem that the system don´t syncronice this with the CCA Server so when you try to enter the password in the CCA client it rejects you. Any idea about this?. Thanks in advance.

Hi Tincho

It may be something to change at the CCS supervision software. No sure, but there are some parameters relating to time there
Probably you already got it, but I'll submit the CCs Supervision manual in Pastebin.
