Report for Incoming Call

Hi

Is there any report in OV4760 which can capture the CLI for an incoming call to a particular extension on a particular day.

Hi guys. I went to Accounts and selected the extension number. Under Records I could see the different calls - Both Outgoing and Incoming - PSTN. Please if someone can tell me if I want to see the total call leg how can i do it. For example a PSTN Incoming call came on the operator A1000, then transferred to extension 1234 and then extension 1234 transferred to Extension 4321.

I think this is impossible.
In tickets (if you have licences and manage filter for local call recording) - you will have 3 tickets:
- incoming call (charged number A1000), called number=CLI
- local call A1000-4321
- incoming call (charged number 4321), called=CLI and you will have information - about transfer from A1000.

But not sure - that you can create good report in Accounting (collect 3 tickets in one report).

I'm use "accview -tf" command (on PBX) - when I want to find something.
