MWI Issue on Exchange UM via T1 QSIG

Hi All,

I have common hardware R9.0, PRI-T1 <----Q-SIG---->AudioCodes <-----SIP------> Exchange UM 2013.
Alcatel Extension can forward the call and leave message at Exchange UM. However, Alcatel Extension have not switch ON MWI (Message Light). AudioCodes Engineer and Exchange UM Engineer were enable "MWI" function on their server? I checked that Alcatel T1 is support MWI function on QSIG. Is it need any configuration on OXE? Please correct me if my understanding have any wrong.

How is the trunk declared on Alcatel side? GSIG or ABCF? Did you checked the interworking reports regarding Audiocodes?

It is use QSIG.
Interworking reports: it just have SIP and E1 in AudioCodes reference.
So, i want to know that MWI is work on T1 Trunk or not

Try ABCF. They should activate also QSIG-GF not BC on their side.
