Licencing questions on a OmniVista 4760i

Hi Guys

Sorry to bring basic questions to the forum, I am a complete N00b on the phone system and due to a loss of staff and little documentation this had been landed in my lap yesterday afternoon.
I have trolled through the forums quickly and manuals that I have but can't find the answers to questions I am being asked by management :\

- What phone features require licenses? ... is this handset specific?
- Are these licenses 'tied' to a particular extension or is there a way to move them to another one?

Omnivista 4760i is nothing
Omnivista is a management tool
4760i is a lightweight management software for Alcatel OXE

Licenses...know are you talking about Omnivista licenses or OXE licenses?
Basically you have administrative users, can be analog digital or IP, each one has its own type of licenses including hardware.

Ask your pre-sales guy which will give you a better light on your architecture
