oxo group diversion

Having trouble diverting a hunt group to another destination. Programmed a feature key and entered imm divert and destination. Data accepted but will not work when i press button. Any ideas ?

If you want to use a Feature key/Diversion, choose the Group Immmed. as Diversion Type instead of simple immediet.

Did you tested the diversion with feature code (from the Internal num plan) ?

What is the destination ? (Internal, external)
Because the group diversion is impossible if the destination is another group or an external number.

yes group diversion key set on user, destination is a internal extension.
Once again it allows me to enter a destination but when i press the key it says impossible ?
Any ideas ?

Program keys so every1 in the hunt group can log out of it... A group diversion does not seem to work untill you do that ive found.
