What a load of bullshit - My eSR was escalated within Alcatel and the next day, some guy replied by saying I have modified the wrong param in parameters.cfg. It appears that there may be a database problem with my system. AL have asked for a number of captures such as incvisu, checkdb 3, config all etc.. and also a ACDV2 capture.
I have changed this and it works fine. Reports are correct now!!!
Still need to del F_STAT and re-init MAIN_AFE after changing the parameter
