Hi,
We are experiencing a very strange issue, some of our DID numbers(e.x 408-702-1113) are encountering busy tone all the time, but some are working well. We have contacted our local telecom vendor and they said it could be our internal issue. So my problem is, how could we do self check the PBX where the issue is, we are really need you guys help... any suggestion is appreciated.

Are you using DDi translation on the Trunk Group??

Go to Trunk Groups, open the one you are using and see if DDI Transcoding is ticked. If it is you need to go to Translator/external Numbering plan/DDI Numbering Translator and see if any entries are there..

Yes really thanks, finally our vendor admit it's their problem and they have resolve this for us, but I will still try to find out the configure you mention to prepare for next unknown time impact again..
