error 4059 IP

Hi all,

Every time I start my 4059 console i get the error shown in the attached file, then I disconnect the Keyboard from the PC and restart PC while connecting the cable to it to resolve this issue, what could be the reason i am getting this incident.

error A1-M0-S1 and time
Applic: SBC Session
Msg: Not_Used
Status: L3OPEN, l2 protocol init failed

Is it a Windows domain PC? Maybe the firewall settings ehich Art deployed over the domain. I had this at one customer. For error Analyse make a tcpdump in oxw with ip of 4059ee, maybe you only See tftp request of 4059
