How to increase the voice mail recording duration

Hi

We have OMNIPCX Office Database 120515,

I want to configure a mail box for a extension. When the user tries to pick up the receiver and press the Mail key on the phone . It says please record your name now. Please speak after the tone and press #after you finish. After 4 seconds it says "To replay your recording press1". To re record press* To confirm press #.
It is not allowing to record a voice message for more thanks 4 seconds. Where do we increase this recording time duration.

Any help with instructions will be great.
