zip file missing

Dear collegues,

I have OTBE in my company and now we need to upgrade system, for this I want to get OPS files and when I did BackUp via swinst I didn't see *.zip archive.

Can you provide to me how to do it in right way?

try on oxe

?
or try to find it int the otbe hostbackup.

It's probably the ZIP file from the Actis offer.
You can probably get it from your business partner.
Or check /usr4/BACKUP/OPS maybe
