Phone answer customer call in via CO trunk cannot hear (very noice...howls, howls, howls)

Hi All

The firt time system work with CPU6 and release R9.0-h1.301-28-b-vn-c6s2 and then the CPU6 failure and then we replaced by CPu7-2 with release R9.0-h1.301-50-a-vn, and then we meet issue with: when customer call in to system and hear voice guide and press 0 and then the extension 0 answer the call -> The conversation cannot hear (howls...howls...)

I saw on incvisu with log alarm as:

On CPU6 I think you had voice guides and tone detection configured. From what I remember CPU7 does not support this. Do you have a GPA board (you should as u are mentioning voice guide playing)? You need to configure tones and detection there now.

Hi

This Issue random, some call meet issue and other call work fine, so i think tone and detection are ok

CLIP fpr CO line - implemented?

The CLIPs are work, because i saw the caller number when customer call in. and with last version R9.0-h1.301-28-b-vn-c6s2 it is work fine but after i replaced new CPU7-2 with version R9.0-h1.301-50-a-vn, the issue appear
