Need help with software

Hi guys,

I bought 3BH11422AA WALLBOARD 2X16 CHAR COLOR without any software and managed to connected it with PC by IP adress and access to its MWS wallboard settings.
Is there any way to use it just for displaying simple text like LED banner? And what software could I use for that?
