How to replace default Ringing Tone with VG

hi all
I have OXE R 9.1

My customer ( Bank) want to replace a default Ringing Back tone with Recorded announcement Voice Guide for external or internal incoming calls .

the caller will hear this announcement VG instead of Ringing Back tone.

could anyone help us, and how to do this ??

That is a new feature available from R11.2 and just for some of set types
Check R11.2 documentation for more details

Sorry i make a mistake on the previous post. The previous post is true but just for the wake-up ringing tone.
For the ringing tone, what you want is possible for some of the Serie 8 & Serie 9 sets. The feature is called Customization. It is available since R7.1
The ringing tone is customized trougth the web and you need to ask/buy a token from Alcatel.

My issue is not with phone ringing tone.

it is how to change the ringing-Back Tone and replace it with any VG , which the remote caller will hear it from the OXE

My colleague did it before, and it was working fine in other OXE,

But he is not a live in our world now, and I don't know how he did that.

So I think there is a way to do what is needed !!!

When "the caller will hear this announcement VG instead of Ringing Back tone" - maybe was managed "Incoming greeting guide"?
You need to create "Incoming call greeting guide prefix"
System/Incoming call greeting guide - create greeting guide (VG, duration, destination)
Route call to this prefix.

But in any case - VG will be BEFORE but not instead of RBT.

Another solution - some kind of Automated Attendant - we use external solution (PC based) - with welcome guide, caller can say name (voice recognition system), DTMF dialing etc.
