Hello everyone,
we are using CCSupervision to control our inbound calls. Until now, we've had all the users in the same building connected to our phone system, no problem there. Recently, our company aquired another company, and now our management wants that calls from one pilot go out to two numbers, lets call them external agents, of the other company.
Is this possible in any way? Can you somehow create a "fake" agent that then routes the call to a specified external number?
CCS - is it possible to redirect a call to an external number?

There is a special board for this but is faced out. You can route to external numbers but no guarantee they will answer or have any reports on them.

maybe you can use the cca agent software. it has a nomadic function. agent need a network connection (vpn) to the cca server. agent then can logon with his public phone number.

It can be forwarded on external line, but on different trunk group with forwarded other user to your destination.
