Apology

OXE 4400 running 10.1.1

I have a 4035 set that showed Apology> on the screen and when calls came to it they would get a message saying they are in a meeting. I could not find a setting that cancels this so I just deleted and recreated the line.

Does anyone know what the code is to activate and cancel this feature?

hi, the feature code will depend on your location but the feature you are looking for is "absent message". normally setup with the mail key then select text message I think from memory.
