Forward No Answer/Busy - time settings

Hello,

how can I set the time, after which call will be transfered to another number (now I have 6 rings, so about 12 seconds on no answer and immediate transfer on busy) ?

OmniVista 4760, OXE j2.501.

to set it for some users -> phone feature cos
to set it for all users -> system timer no. 4

I don't have Classes of Service/ Phone Features COS. :/

COS - in US English, Categories - Alcatel English :)
The same for Speed Dial=Abbreviated numbers

So "Categories" -> "Phone Facilities Categories" and there are these settings?
