I'm guessing that could be a purged LSP as the lifetime is in brackets.

What does "show router isis database detail 0000.0000.0002.00-00" say?

Hi,

I found the problem. Third party router did not increment LSP sequence number after reload, so ALU 'mark' that LSP as invalid and did not put information from that LSP into routing table
