attached the manual provided by Alcatel.
not the caller checks the internal with the central valid permits but does not send voip call request.
if someone is working it would be interesting to provide configuration details

perform tests every way I could think of from the documentation.

2166 detailing the technical documentation as to create a core set Voitel, but does not work with those details.
