Problem with Eva_tool

I'm unable to use the Eva_tool option 12 "Interactif import of greeting" to import a wav file and replace a greeting on one VM AA Menu Mailbox.

I get the error "Sorry system is not initialised: check language or the system law".

I have searched the forums and alcatel KB but couldn't make much of the solutions

The Alcatel KB says that I need to load the " .ENO "file to usr7/vgeva folder. . but I don't know what that means.

In a another thread someone suggested another solution
you can stop telephone
run Eva_tool
formatall command
start telephone
auditmevo command
which seems to have worked for the person who was having the same problem. But i don't know what formatall does and i cant find information about it.

can someone please help me obtain more information.

Also would like to know what formatall would do to a system in production. May have to test this in the lab if no one knows on top of their head.

At first - your system - OXE not OXO.
need to load the " .ENO "file to usr7/vgeva folder - It means - you need to load file for VM (via ftp).
If you don't have this file or don't no about ftp connection (login|password etc) - you need to ask help from some specialist in your region.
