Dissuaded calls

Hi

I searched on the web for Dissuaded calls, because this type appears in pilot activity report as it is shown in the attached image and I don't know what is this type of call.

Please what is dissuaded calls? and when it appears in the report ?

Calls that are sent to a voice guide for example. You configure this on your pilot. If no agents available for example, you try to dissuade your callers to call back later.
