CCS ERROR MESSSAGE

I have acquired a new license for CCS and installed CCS on one of the new machines But am receiving the following error below

" If u still have a former installation available, you can copy the old CCS.INI file as CCS.MGR in the new directory. Running the CCS will then merge your previous preference in the new CCS.INI

I have looked for this file but I can't find it

Please seeking for your guidance

License has nothing to do. Just grab a css.ini from another PC. Weird it was not created but do remember a post some time ago about it. Search the forum if you want more details
