CSTA/TAPI

Hi All

Does anyone have the technical documentation on how to get the CSTA/TAPI to work on the OXO CC, that when a call comes in using CLI that it "pops up" on the agent desktop from a central database?

CSTA and TAPI are standard protocols so you can learn about it from the web.
Then once you have installed the appropriate licence you can connect your application to OXO (e.g. the CSTA port is 2555).
You can also find some CSTA and TAPI drivers included into the PIMPhony CD-ROM
