Button programming

Hallo All

I just need to know how to program a key on a 4035t phone the phone is connected to a 4400 system .I need to program a key for a extention so on my phone I will have a key showing me the other person is busy ,I tried to program a key and just put in the extention number but it doesn't show me when the other person is buzy on the phone

I know its a easy one
please help

You need to program "multi-line" key and "set supervision" key. You can manage this key only from NMC or "mgr" (via telnet).
Read system doc/ technical doc/ user services/ multiline sets.
