Check the Synchronisation Priority on the PRA interface i.e. system, shelf, board, digital access. It should be set to something other than 255; or else it will sync to the CPU clock, not the carrier trunk clock.

Also check that the PRA trunk is configured as point-to-point (at both ends).

Actually I set the synch priority to 200. I will try to find out where to set the point-to-point settings in the PCX...
