what do those package (of ACD) you tell me do?, i mean.. what do they do?

MLAA is built on top of OXO ACD application. In order to use it you must load the ACD packages to the PBX.
LoLa is the software loading tool from Alcatel for OXO product.

You don't need to buy licenses for ACD, just for MLAA. But you must instal ACD/MLAA packets with OMC software download. Without them you don't get MLAA in the OMC, so you can't configure that.
