Mtcl is the master account, so ask the installer about the password.

have u The swinst account credentials ? if yes login as swinst
choose expert menu
and 6 syst management
5-User's accounts management
1-Change account password
username :mtcl
new passwd
confir
if no swinst account credential you're screwed and you should contact installer or the first admin guy
