i never had such an issue...

maybe the databases (main and standby cpu) are not syncro. are they installed in both cpu?
have you tried to reboot the mediagateway.

I reset that phone remotely and it become alive !!!

ok... so happy reseting [WINKING FACE]

i'll remember now... a long time ago (r9.1 oxe) there was an issue. but this installation was with passive communication server. when the PCS was active and the mediagateway is reconnected with callserver some sets are "hanging arround" and a reset must be done.

it was solved later with a patch from alcatel.
