Digital phones 4029/4039 not getting right clock time (1 hour less)

Hi mates,

My customer is complaning about their digital phones not getting correct time since local time changed 9 days ago.
The point is that OXE time is correct:

(105)xa001005> clock
Tue Mar 22 13:32:22 2016 -1.020994 seconds
(105)xa001005>

Also in swinst the OXE is showing the right time.

ALCATEL-LUCENT
Date & Time menu Installation FACILITIES 2.58.0



The date is Mar 22, 2016 and the time is 13:34:07 (01:34:07 PM)
The timezone is EST5EDT

1 Set date & time
2 Set timezone
3 NTP server management
Q Go back to previous menu

Your choice [1..3, Q] ?

We asked to the user to unplug and plug the phones again but still remains the issue.
What do you think if first reset the PRA T1 card and if we get the same bad result, reboot the OXE ?
Please advise.

you mean alerts or messages in OXE log?

reboot.
if this doesn't help.
change timezone in swinst to another timezone (maybe in the same difference from gmt)
and reboot again.
if you want switch back to your old timezone and (you know ;) ) do a reboot again...

Daylights saving setting are they correct in the system?? there has been times where the DST has moved but never fixed in the OXE

We are planning to do a double bascul to see if it solves the issue. I´ll let you know.

Double bascul fix the clock issue but now there are some digital 4029/4039 phones trying to connect without success.
They state in the screen **4029 v3.81.00**. I can see them out of order with cause "A":

Customer have checked all the jacks/ports on the wall where the phones are connected and the phones still trying to connect after booted again.
At this point, should we do a reset of the boards or another previous check is needed?

Another important key coming for onsite support:

They unplugged it on the network switch port on Crystal and it shut the phone down and then they plugged in back in and the phone came back to the same screen with just the model as if it is not enabled.

Please advise.
