I try to update OPS (with MEVO 4645) on another OXE in R7.1 F5.401.27, but I have the same problem
:

I noticed when I pick up the Z phone with MEVO 4645 associated, the vocal guide indicates to dial 43 to consult my mailbox, and when I dial this prefix and I start the command "incvisu" on OXE, the following error message is displayed :

23/06/09 18:13:01 002004M|01/05/0/000|=4:2011=No more TS between CR 1 and CR 18 or no more conference resources

I can't open a e-SR because R7.1 is not supported anymore

For 4645 you need 8 compressors on GD/GA board.
May be all compressors used for VoIP and conferences?
F.e. we manage with MADA3 - 8 for GW, 8 for IP devices, 0 conference - we have free 8 compressors for 4645.

In my OPS file (spadmin), I have these values : G723. Server : 8 and G729A : 8. I supposed that these values correspond to the compressors available (8/24 max on MADA3)

So I put these values :

MADA3 on GD (Shelf 1)- 0 for GW, 0 for IP devices, 0 conference we have free 8 compressors for 4645.

I saw on shelf 18 cpl 0 (GD) that by default these values are displayed: 0 for GW, 24 for IP devices, 0 conference. So I try to put 0 for IP devices.

And I restart GD :

rstcpl 1 0
rstcpl 18 0 and rstcpl 18 1

But the problem already exits !

Do you have another idea ?

Try with next parameters
For fictive GD in self 18 - 0 for GW, 24 for IP device.
for shelf 1 GD - 0 for GW, 8 for IP devices.
Or you have GA board 1/5?

I try with these parameters, and I rstcpl 1 0, rstcpl 18 0, rstcpl 18 1 but it doesn't work. I have always the same problem :

I resolved the problem of MEVO 4645 ! The cause is the daughter card configured on GD board : MADA3 (by default with 24 compressors) instead of MADA1 (MADA1 with 8 compressors). When I start the command : config 1 0 -d (to see daughter boards) I saw that MADA1 is on.
Then, I put these parameters :

For fictive GD in shelf 18 : 0 for GW, 8 for IP device (only 8 compressors available)
for shelf 1 GD - 0 for GW, 8 for IP devices.

and I rstcpl 18 1, and it's working ! (of course after chacking that eva files are in usr7/vgeva)
