I am having problems with this on g13026e. It's happened multiple times now, I kind of fix it by rebooting shelf 18, the 4645 comes back up and the user can login into their vmail box again, but they cannot hear any voice guides or any of there messages so a system reboot is necessary.
Anyone else seeing this problem on g13026e? A reboot of shelf 18 use to fix this, but now it just makes the problem worse.
I opened a case with TAC, but we'll see how long it takes them to respond.

Same issue here...
PPfffff.. This is what you get when you send the development of the applications out of the country. They think cheaper is better. You see the result. tsk tsk tsk ...

What a bitch, huh? Users tell me they get into their vmail box, check messages and hang up. Next time they try to check their messages they get the error. No rhyme or reason to the cause.

What you mean no reason? didn't you know that Alcatel now delivers with all their software a free of charge dwarf? This was created on the purpose that you always get something to fix so your area doesn't become obsolete and you will force customer to be afraid that if he doesn't have a SES contract he will damage something.
This is the upgrade from the original french version, this ones seems to be more powerfull and nocive since now it is being manufactured by some smart third party developers. This is the only thing well documented on this days.

Those patches are supposed to fix the issue:
R6.1.1 --- use f2.502.33a
R7.0 ---- use f4.401.24g
R7.1 ------ use f5.401.28

To fix the mailbox in use by someone else or the deletion of the mailbox?
Any patch on release 8 to fix in use by someone else? I have a case open with Alcatel and I seem to be doing their R&D

Those patches worked where i had the issue for "This mailbox is already in use"..
