These are probably simple queries, however please bear with me while I grasp the terminology and nomenclature.

I have 4400 with 4645 vm and 4760

I have some users with voicemail, but when engaged, a new call goes to the operator. I'd like it to go to Voicemail. A pointer would be helpful.

Another set of users do not have voicemail. For these guys i'd like it to just ring and ring and ring...... A pointer here also would be great,

You have to create a VM number for your 4635, let's say 3500, in the user you have to search VM number and put this 3500, also as his associated. So when he doesn't answer it will go to his VM.
The other users just leave them as default.

Under the extn, check Dynamic State User properties; "overflow on associate" and "overfl busy to assoc set". These control how the "associate set" is used. Or users can just control it manually by using "call forward" to the voicemail access number (e.g. 3500).
