thanks.

What is 0 in your numbering plan? If a call to the HG, why should it work different from external to internal?

If you want to use the VoiceMail ports as Autometed Attendant, then You must put them into the Attendant group !
(and call the attendant prefix internally instead of hunt. grp. number)

cavagnaro,
"0" is operator, i'm wondering why, it should go my operator when i dial 0 internally, should i miss something?
Steve,
ok, ill just tell my client to call internal prefix then.
what if i want to use at AA only... how will i program...??

Do you want to use a "Human Interface" as attendant ?
If no: Just put the voice mail ports into the attendant group (don't forget the Time Ranges), and set up the autameted attendant menu and voices.

If 0 is your Operator it's ok. You are asking for the Operator, maybe to ask her/him to dial a phone number to which you do not have acess and transfer it to you.
