cant call from OXE to OXO SIP

Hi guys,

I have carefully done my SIP configuration on both OXE and OXO, and I am successful in making a call from OXO to OXE, but while calling from OXE the extension at OXO rings but as soon as I pick up the call the call is released,see below for the trace of call from OXE to OXO, need help from all the indegenius guys.

Could you please add the OXE configuration ? Have done the I insert in the ARS for the outgoing trunkgrp to OXE?

I havent used ARS for outgoing trunk groups, I have just used routing number prefix as I think there is no need for ARS, what do u say?

Unfortunately it looks like an Oxo problem.
In the SIP trace, you can see that user 1199 on the Oxe is calling 336 on the Oxo. After the ringing message, the Oxo sends:

Code: Select all

1263382239 -> RECEIVE MESSAGE FROM NETWORK (10.68.0.101:50195 [UDP])
----------------------utf8-----------------------
SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily not available
Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, BYE, OPTIONS, PRACK, REFER, NOTIFY
User-Agent: OxO_GW_600/017.002
You will need to look at the Oxo side, I think. (Assuming the called number etc is correct).
I know very little about Poxo's sorry, so I can't offer any assistance.

yes i have dialled extension 336 at oxo, and the extension rings, but as soon as we pick the phone the line is released and this incident is shown

Hello Xero. Can you please send me the configuration you made on your OXE? I was able to make OXE to OXO calls recently in my LAB. I did not encountered the issue that you mentioned. Please send me the OXE's config and I would gladly help you.

CCUBE thanks alot, but the call was transfered to my senior engr. therefore I am out of that project
