No more than 2 external caller can call into the conf centre

Hello

I have an issue with one of our client's teamwork server.

Consider the e.g. below.

The system has 6 audio ports.

User A creates a reservationless conference.

The access codes are sent to callers B, C, D, E and F.

Callers B and C get into the conference centre OK, where caller A is already. When caller D calls, he gets a busy tone. Same for E and F.

Now User A is advised of this by D, E or F, e.g. by email. While B and C are still in the conference, A calls D, E and F and these connect OK.

So if A makes the call from the teamwork window, the calls connect. However, then the external callers call in, they get a busy tone. Why?

I have checked the audio ports allocation in the 'Configuration->System Options' page and in the 'Provisioning-> Organisation-> settings' page, and they are all allocated the correct amount of ports. This is a reservationless conf so the number of port is not limited.

Can anyone tell me why the external callers cannot get in?

regards,

Az

Can you post SIP logs from OXE and TW for those calls?

Under Configuration>System Options there are some audio port limits that can be enabled, maybe they are turned on?

Hello

We managed to find what the issue was. The client had DASS lines and the DDIs were limited to 2 channels at a time. We have recommended that they move to PRA circuits. We are awaiting this and hopefully, this should be the end of it.

cheers
