IP Phone Problem

Good evening,
I hope you can help me. I have a customer with a Oxe in Rel.9.0 and IP Phones in Homeoffice.z. Bintec VPN routers. Since the last patch, the IP phones are no more dates you go up into "getting Load" are active, and then just start by dan again. How can I determine what the C's is going there.
