Listing the Incoming Call Telephone Number

I am very new to this and need to produce a report by extension which, for incoming external calls, gives the number of the caller.

I can see how to get the number of calls etc. but can't find where/if the number called from is held.

You need to make sure that incoming calls are turned on in Applications/accounting and then you should be able to create reports on incoming calls.

If you have outgoing call - calling user=internal set, called number=called number.
For incoming call - extention or charged user=internal set, called number=external calling number (who made a call).
