U have to select company network not a direct cable from pc installer go thro below link it can help u out...Appliance server is not working try with Blade server am sure it will work,

After u select the company network, u have to put the Vmware Mac address in the Ethernet address field..

HI afeef,

it should be a simple process, u knew that u have to select Blade or appliance server and company network then put ethernet mac adress on the pc installer

then make sure u have selceted the c:/ from pc installer and under c:/ check dhs3mgr folder u have created.then copy the versions under dhs3mgr, there should not be anyother folder like example

c:/dhs3mgr/h1301/h1301 it should be c:/dhs3mgr/h1301

if above options are fine with u after u click apply on the pc installer check from task manager go to process tftp and dhcp process are running or not

make sure only one network adapter is working, if u have wireless switch off & network adapter just configure the ip address and subnet no need to configure the gateway or dns if u have it remove and check it out...
Hope this will help u...i am running Vm ware 6.5.1 with out any issues,

cheers,
Pandian
