Hi,
I've a PCS connected via 2MBs ADSL line.
I declared every thing possible in management. When in my lab,it works, but once on site it stays for a while, then says 'NOTOK'.
I think it's a timout problem, or may be a port blocking problem through the VPN.
Can any one tell me where to modify the timing. and what port is used by the PCS.

Did you put the PCS behind a NAT public IP , or VPN ?

That's behind a VPN.

the message is "end NOK bad soft release", but the release installed in both CS and PCS is exactly the same : R9.0 h1.301-28-d.
any one can help?
