Attendant Name Not Displaying on Extensions

I have an installation of OXE R-6.0.1. When an extension calls the Attendant the extension set displays General Operator and immediately the Operator picks it displays #3 as the name of the Operator. The same #3 is displayed when the Operator calls an extension. I don't have #3 in the numbering plan. Where is the #3 coming from and how can i configure the Operator Display Name.

I got it. Someone deleted the entry from the phone book. I still wonder where the #3 was coming from.
