I have an oxo r 5.0.
Im setting up a call center with 3 agents, 1 supervisor.
I followed the configuration on the chapter 10 on the 998 pages docs,
when i try to call from outside and set my configured agents busy, the trunk lines just keeps ringing no messages heard.
My license:
agents: 20
agents application :
supervisor application :1
Stat application: enabled
My config:
on duty: 541
off duty : 542
CW: 543
TW: 544
etc etc etc
my first objective is to land incoming call to my ACD, for now it does not work.
Could somebody help me pls..

Im setting up my acd with, could someone help me, call from outside doesn't land to my ACD.
I created a hunt group 545 with members: 8 VT ACD
In my attendant group list calls is landing to extn 119, then 119 is immediately forwarded to HG 545.
I want to land incoming calls to my ACD: please help....

How do you manage your trunk lines distribution: from trunk lines (call dist) or from attendant group? in the first case: External lines-->external accesses-->access-->call dist night, day and you hunt group number. In the second case: in your default attendant group put only the hunt group and maybe general bell or a red phone.
(I haven't configured CC on OXO but I assume that you must configure external lines distribution on the hunt group you aere talking about).
