Need help

I need help de-registering a DECT Handset. A user has accessed our omnivista software and just removed one of the GAP numbers and now I am not sure how to de-register the DECT Station with a new number as it just says "unknown handset" on the screen now.
Can anyone help?

if I understood correctly....
Execute the command dectsets to see if it is registered. If yes then use dectrm to deregister
As far as I can remember, in this case I created again in omnivista the user and then executed through terminal the command dectinston.

If u dont know the number of a Mobile x00 u can do a "eeprom reset"
Hold the red and green buttons down at the same time u switch on the handset, in the menu choose 4. Eeprom reset. this will reset the handset.

You can also de-register the handset in the service menu.
Press OK
Go to the icon with the wired and wireless set
Press OK
Enter the password 314987
Press OK
Choose the System
Press OK
Choose Uninstall
Press OK
