ISDN Interface with a VMWARE ?

Post by mothinx »

Hello there.

Here is my question. I'm testing a way in LAB to have a mobile OmniPcxEnterprise with my personal computer.

Have you ever seen a way to plug an ISDN on a PC ? I think there is some plug in UBS to add but can we make a bridge with the virtual OXE ?

Thanks to help me.

Best regard.

You fail.;)
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

LOL...how about an RM3 or RM1 with a GD and a PRA board??? That should do the trick.

You really need a mediagateway for this.
There is no ISDN connection on the pc, there are no DSPs on the pc etc.

The idea of a 'pc-only' pcx is great, but no option with OXE in VMWare.

Guys, if he only needs a ISDN (not T0 from Alcatel MR1 :p) you could use SIP gateway with ISDN S0, search for Vigor or Drytek gates.

But you don't want that, to have demo you need (at least !) a MR1 with GD + MADA1, MIX 2//4/4 and 4068 software emulator on PC. Add some real 4068 IP touch with Bluetooh handset.
